The staff at Mercure Brussels Centre Midi were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We arrived early and they had a room ready for us before official check-in time. The front desk provided us with valuable information about the city and there was always someone available to assist us. The spa and gym facilities were also fantastic, allowing us to relax and exercise during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a quality stay in Brussels.

We had a great stay at this place! The hotel was conveniently located near the local metro rail, allowing us to explore the area with ease. The room amenities were fantastic, including a mini-bar, electric kettle, and in-room safe. The staff was very attentive, from the maid to the receptionists, making sure we had everything we needed.
We highly recommend this hotel to others, despite some construction work and being in a neighborhood that may seem dodgy at first.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to Gare de Bruxelles-Midi station, making it easy to access public transportation. The area around the hotel is nice and offers plenty of shops for convenience.
Some shops in the neighborhood may appear run-down and closed for business.

The staff at this hotel were amazing and spoke excellent English. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had a convenient mini fridge. The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but still within a 5-10 minute walk. The wellness center and gym were a nice touch, with a jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna available for guests to relax in after a long day of exploring.

The hotel had a great wellness center which was well maintained. the location was very convenient for getting around the city. the room was surprisingly spacious, although some of the furnishings looked worn out.
Finding the hotel was a bit difficult due to ongoing construction in the area and Google maps didn't help much. I felt a bit unsafe walking back to the hotel due to some uncomfortable characters around.

The breakfast was excellent, the best I've ever had in a hotel. Reached out to the hotel beforehand for a good room, and although they couldn't upgrade, they gave us a box of chocolates. They promptly provided an iron, board, and bags, and gave us helpful transportation info. Very considerate.
